Carl F Groupco’s SmartSecure range is now featured at the National Self Build and Renovation Centre (NSBRC) in Swindon.
The latest addition to the permanent venue designed to support the self-build, renovation and home improvement markets displays SmartSecure’s advanced electronic door locking and smart access control capabilities.
SmartSecure is an exciting new addition to smart home technology that will aid any new build or property enhancement scheme. There are a number of ways in which SmartSecure provides security advantages. Importantly, the FUHR multitronic 881 that is at the heart of the solution automatically locks all points by a patented twin motor, securely and reliably in just seconds after closing the door.
Options include ‘SmartConnect easy’ for app based access control; ‘SmartTouch’ enables easy entry by simply touching a sensor and radio-based systems include a radio keypad, transponder and fingerprint scanner for keyless biometric access control.
With three full size exhibition houses and over 200 stands, SmartSecure joins a comprehensive range of displays of essential products and services that are designed to inspire visitors. Confirming the role of the NSBRC and the benefits of the addition of SmartSecure, Harvey Fremlin, Managing Director, NSBRC said:
“The NSBRC is all about showcasing the latest products and technologies to our audience of self builders and renovators, who are designing and building well finished, bespoke family homes. The SmartSecure range by Carl F Groupco is an excellent addition to our exhibition as it combines enhanced security benefits with great design and smart technology which we believe will prove very popular.”
Designed to be accessible to everyone working in the self-build and renovation sectors, entrance to the NSBRC is free and the centre is open six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 – 17:30.
